We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn where applicable, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send items back to us without first requesting a return. Items sent back without a return request may not be accepted.
If your return request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. The return address will be provided after your return request has been approved.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and help resolve it.
Exceptions and non-returnable items
Certain types of items may not be returnable for hygiene, safety or product condition reasons. This may include opened or used pet care items, grooming products, personal care items, custom products, personalised products, perishable goods, hazardous materials, gift cards, and sale items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to make sure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
UK and EU cooling-off rights
If your order is covered by applicable UK or European Union distance selling rules, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving your item, without giving a reason.
After telling us that you wish to cancel, you may have a further 14 days to return the item.

These rights do not apply to all products. Certain items may be excluded by law, including some sealed hygiene products once opened, personalised products, perishable goods, or items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
